If you must enroll, we will mail you information about what you need to do.We will send you information for the county where you live.

If you are in the Integrated Care Program, we will send you information about that program.

If you are an adult with Medicare and Medicaid benefits, we will send you information about the new Medicare- Medicaid Alignment Initiative.

If you live in one of these counties:

Adams, Brown, DeKalb, Henderson, Jackson, Lee, Livingston, Perry, Pike, Randolph, Scott, Warren, Washington, Williamson, or Woodford.

First we will send you an Enrollment Letter. With the first letter, you will also get these program materials:

For all other counties

If you live in any other county, you must join Illinois Health Connect. First we will send you an Enrollment Letter. With the first letter, you will also get these program materials:

Later this year, more health plans will be available in some of these counties. We will send you more information about your health plan choices at that time.

Mandatory Managed Care Program

First we will send you an Enrollment Letter. With the first letter, you will also get these program materials:

You can change your health plan once a year during Open Enrollment. We will send you a letter each year.

If we don’t hear from you, we’ll send you a Second Enrollment Letter.
